Marah Arcilla is honored to lead an up-tempo, creative and dynamic vinyasa flow (open to all levels) with live music to raise funds for a charitable cause.

Bliss Yoga Manila will open its doors to the community on a donation basis for this class. The proceeds will go to a charitable organization chosen by the staff and or students.

The only prerequisite is a playful attitude! Breathe, smile, have fun, move with ease and grace and let happiness explode inside of you as we mix yoga with fundraising!

The two-hour class will include kirtan (chanting) at the start and the end, pranayama (breathing exercises), energetic flow of postures to rhythmic beats, cooling down sequence and meditation.

This event’s donations will go to the victims of typhoon Ondoy through Children’s International Summer Villages (Quezon City Chapter).

WHEN: OCTOBER 10, 2009 / SATURDAY / 11:00am – 1:00pm

WHERE: 28/F of Trident Tower Penthouse, 312 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City

HELP THE VICTIMS OF ONDOY! Join us every Saturday in October for donation based Vinyasa Flow Yoga. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the victims of Ondoy.

WHEN: October 3, 10, 17, 24, 31

TIME: 9:30-11am

WHERE: 7/F of Manansala Tower, Rockwell Center, Makati City. You can park at Power Plant Mall.

HOW: Please bring clean, used/new blankets, brand new sealed bags of rice and/or cash donations. Make sure any dry good donations are properly packaged in plastic.
