INTRODUCTION TO VINYASA FLOW WORKSHOP

This 3-day workshop at the Bliss Yoga Manila studio on January 27, 28, and 29 from 6 to 8 pm is designed for beginners so they may understand basic alignment and the breathing associated with this practice. Advanced practioners are also welcome as this workshop will take your practice to the next level. Each session is P1,000 or attend all three for P2,500.
