I forgot that I had my camera with me. That’s what happens when you lug around a huge bag that just drowns everything you put in it. Think Mary Poppins. Beer invited Doo and I for breakfast at HER PLACE. So it was just the three of us with breakfast good for eight hungry people at UCC.
Some things just don’t change when we’re together. As usual, we each had way too many stories to tell. So Beer suggested we stay a little longer, do the family thing and go to church with her and her boys, and then get some dessert. After some frozen yogurt with chocolate and what-nots, the sugar started to kick in.
The boys were getting restless. TimeZone to the rescue. There’s something hypnotic about hitting as many targets with those colorful balls. Beer, Doo, and I had our share of games. Maybe if we fit in the train we would have hopped on, too.
As the sugar wore off, we slowly made our way back to basecamp. Nap time for the boys. Foot spa for us. Dreamland. We ended the day with Kimmy Dora. Need I say more?

108 Rounds of Gayatri Mantra / 108 Rounds of Surya Namaskar A / Drumming Workshop / Bhakti Urban Flow / Kirtan / Yoga Trance Dance… all on 1 hour of sleep from the night before. It was well worth it though. I’m glad Cams invited me last minute (after I gave up on inviting other people to go with me). I’m glad I didn’t let the lack of sleep stop me from joining. Yoga stoke. That’s what it is. Gong pa ta gong gong patapa!

I guided some Lolos and Lolas through a yoga session at Robinson’s Novaliches. I loved how they were really FEELING the breathing exercises. I could also see their enthusiastic smiles while we did some asanas or poses. This experience was priceless.
